Normally i don't need a visa to visit Canada, but recently, they issued me a document (I'm assuming is a temp visa) that says "visitor record" when i entered CA at the Toronto airport which has never happened before. It was actually my 2nd time entering Canada within a 1.5 month period and maybe also I looked nervous too
so that the passport control man sent me to the immigration section, who then issued this document.
I had received a job offer between the time of the 2 entries. (i had left for only 1 week after the first entry). So now I'm wondering, are my chances of getting a work permit lower since they issued me this thing? (assuming HRDC approves). That immigration guy sure typed a lot of notes...
Thanks!
