Please, help me. I am an international full-time student from Russia, I study in Ontario right now. My spouse is abroad and he wants to come to me to work. How can we do it?
I read this link cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp and it states the guide only for those whose spouses are already in Canada, but mine is not here. What package should he use? Could you please give me the specific link?
Or he just have to come with temporary resident visa as visitor and then apply for work permit being already in Canada?
