WORK PERMIT EXTENTION Processing time?

Hi. I already applied a valid work permit last February at online however It has no change anything for it
Although It has been approximately more than 62 days(As the processing time is shown by CIC on APR17) since I applied it.
Should I call them what's my application going on or need to wait till decision is made?

Some of my friends got a new work permit even if they applied as me.
Do their call agents help for individual work permit application status??
Please give me some advice.

you will get it these days, don't worry. I applied on 20 Feb, called them Monday and they told me 13 Feb applications were procces. And guess what...yesterday I have got mine! So be optimistic.
