Work Permit Extension Without LMIA

I am on an open work permit. It will expire this December. I have been working in a company for almost 2 years but i don't have LMIA.
Is there any way for extension of work Permit.

How did you get the open work permit? Is it a PGWP? Or IEC? Or something else?

Your employer must obtain an approved LMIA in order to extend.
