Please help!
I have applied for work permit extension under public policy as my work permit is going to expire in July 2021. Got the refusal email state that I do not meet the requirements for public policy and my work permit is going to expire in June 2022, which is not true. I have check my application which clear states my work permit experience date in July,2021. I have included all the details in Letter of explanation.
I reached out to IRCC agent and they immediately created the reconsideration as it was the fault from their end. Can someone tell how long will the reconsideration take as its was not my mistake. I followed the whole process and meet the requirements. Also, will the status of my application will change after reconsideration or it will stay in refusal status?
Lastly, I got an Invitation as well under CEC -will this impact my application? Should I explain this in my LOE?
