I currently on IEC, my visa ends 6th Feb 2021. My employer got Dual Intent LMIA for me & I have already applied for work permit extension in October. It says processing time is about 145days, which means I will be working in implied status for few months.
My LMIA is valid till June 2021.
I will have my one year experience in Canada to apply under CEC beginning of December(in 3weeks).
I have already done medical exam, prepared police documents, WES and IELTS test results.
I see some posts about getting letters about IRCC now giving certain time period of implied status after applying for BOWP.
Do you think it is better to wait until I get my work permit results then apply for EE or should I put my EE profile in as soon as I get my 1year experience while my work permit extension is processing?
My job is NOC 0631, Restaurant and food service Managers
