Work permit extension document not received withing 6 weeks

Hi,

I have received an work permit extension approval email on 16th Nov, 2022, and it was mentioned in the email that within 6 weeks you must receive a secure document form IRCC. its been more than 6 weeks, and do not know what to do, have raised webforms through IRCC but no answer, can anyone please guide me here.

Hi Pooja,

please apply for document replacement since you didn’t get it and it will cost you $30 but might take up to 3-5months to get it

You mean it will take 3-5 months to get the documents replacement if I apply now?

So canada post didn’t delivered mine as well and had to do similar

Yes it will take 3-5months but you can disturb them with webform that you did not receive the document!

Even right now, I sent a pgwp extension application but canada post seems to have misplaced my document! It wrote item out for delivery for once 7days and they are lying to me it might be delivered without marking it complete because IRCC cpc receive documents in bulk! They are quite useless people, I mean canada post and unreliable! I had to go use UPS today to resend the documents to IRCC cpc in Edmonton
