Work Permit Extension as a Convention Refugee

Hello,

First time I applied for work permit as a refugee claimant. I have been accepted as a convention refugee in Canada and applied for permanent residency. There is no news from CIC yet and I have been waiting. My work permit will expire soon. My SIN number is beginning with 9 (temporary). My first question is if I renew my work permit now, my SIN number will be temporary again? And second question is will I need to get work permit after getting pr card?

Hello For now will be same SIN # then will be changed after you got PR. Apply before 3 months from work permit expiry date.
