I am the applicant in EE pool with my husband score 482 now. I hold open work permit sponsored by him and the expiry on Dec 6, 2022.
My husband is holding study permit expiry March 2023 and will be officially graduated on May 2023. He is planning to apply for Post Graduate Work Permit around Feb 2023 as he will complete the program then.
The EE invitation is slow but there is hope for 482 on the end of this year.
I am frustrated because my work permit will expire soon and I am not able to be sponsored to get extension when my husband apply for his PGWP later. Should I apply for the extension by him current study permit till March 23? The application processing time is quite long recently so I can have more time waiting for EE invitation.
Or is there any other better options?
