hi I am a caregiver and so confused on what will i do and i really need a help and make me understand what will I do. My work permit will expire this coming july 23,2012. It will be my two year of being a live in caregiver and qualify to apply for permanent residency.
I dont really know what to do.
These are my following questions
What is the best way to do between this:
1. I will apply for extention for my work permit this june and then apply for permanent residency and open work permit on first week of august.
or
2. Is it okay that i will let my work permit to expire since I will be applying for permanent residency and open work permit 2 weeks after my work permit expires.
