Work permit application: Supporting documents for POSTDOCS

Hello,
I have been offered a postdoctoral fellowship from a research center in Québec and I am now preparing my work permit application. I would like to know if I as postdoctoral fellow need to present the document to "Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered" and what type of document/s is this.

I should be starting a postdoc at a University, and I just wrote something up quickly based on my application for the postdoc position. I have not had my application approved yet, but all it can do is help. Also, I submitted my application online, and I could not submit the application without uploading some sort of document. Mine was a little over 3 pages single-spaced. It was pretty much my letter of application with my previous research and accomplishments described to show that I am well-qualified for the position.
