hi guys,

This weekend knocked me right back to reality. And the reality is - I AM TRULY BLESSED!!! In gods grace i got my passport with visa stamp!!!

Here's my timeline:

Oct. 24 - all docs with passport send to aramex
Oct. 25 - AUH embassy recieved the docs
Feb. 27 - requested to pull out my passport for UAE visa renewal
Mar. 10 - Passport delivered by aramex
Mar. 20 - VO called me for background check and asked me a copy of my salary cert and current employment cert
Mar. 27 @ 5pm - They emailed me for Passport request and cert to be send to embassy in person or by courier
Mar. 28 @ 8:30am - I gave my passport and certs. in person
Mar. 28 @ 2:30pm - I got my passport with visa stamped....Finally the long wait is over, thanks to god jesus christ and mama mary.

Destination...NOVA SCOTIA

Good luck guys, JUst keep your patience long enough and pray harder...

@mac n chiz, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Sakto yung tanong ko, there is a big news tlga...... So guys, it is safe to say that the REAL / ACTUAL processing time is more or less 5 months!!!! I have a friend who is an October applicant also and he just got his visa as well but 8 days before he reached his 5th month...... GOODLUCK to us!!!! NOVEMBER applicants, get ready, you're next!!!!!

Hello friends,
I have also filed my application on 20th march this year thru aramex.
I have applied for long haul truck driver. Earlier it was refused twice
Stating lack of english proficiency in india. But now i have submitted
With Ielts score 5.5 .But i dont know still why i m afraid. I have not
recieved any confirmation from aramex or canadian embassy regarding
my application status. If any one knows this process pls inform me & pls
let me know howmuch time will it take & how positive are my chances.

hello guys.. Im a newbie here... i just submitted my papers today, hope to have a positive feedback soon,but 1 thing i am afraid of because my passport has missing pages,i submitted passport copy only, and phil embassy advised me to attached an affidavit. hope to hear from u guys... ty

Hi every one..Please answer these few of questions I have.Yes I have contacted Maling already about this..but we have different siyuations about ties.He is married with kids that is strong ties he have so maybe I still dont know what to do to convince the visa officer that i will leave canada

*Well all my family members are in my home country my parents brother sister and every one in my family.I do have a saved money but I didn't put it in a bank I only keep it in cash in my house and other in my salary ATM card.
*What if I don't have a bank account yet but i do have an account in bank that i use for my salary in my work..can i use that?
* What if i don't also have a wife and kids or house and lot and a business? Can I just include an explanation letter explaining that i will leave Canada and what will I do after my job contract?

My NOC is 6641 Food Counter Attendant more than 6 years of experience

Can any one or someone with same NOC like me please answer this questions I have.sorry for troubling you guys.I just like to pass that is why I have too much questions and some of it is not on the site or some people can answer it but I just want to make sure and have some options.So please just answer me.Thanks a lot guys...

I already received my plane ticket from my employer, I am leaving on 8th of April and reaching Calgary, Canada on the next day. Wish me luck guys!! c u all there soon.... Seniors, please give me some tips regarding the possible questions and ideal answers in the immigration once I reached Canada.

here's some of the questions they might ask:

1. If your currently employed
2. Family background, spouse or children leave with you
3. What your going to do when your contract or visa expired
4. Educational attainment, possible job mismatch

Hoping this simple info help the rest of applicants...

Im not required for IELTS, as far as i know only for some FCA or cashier NOC..

Bon voyage maling, they might ask you if there's some third party that help you out to get that job like if have an agency, just tell them that your hired directly by the employer...this was base on my friend experience..
