@Sqazi - First of all, there is no "student spouse open work permit" but only "SPOUSE OPEN WORK PERMIT".

Please look at this on how a spouse or common or common law partner apply for work permit (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp)

i have been visit this site many times but cant get wch application form we qiil fill for aowp and trv form neceasary to fill to apply sowp?

However if you submit your original Passport with application,Then You can get your P.P. after your application process complete. PCC means Police Clearance Certificate, and NOC- National Occupation Classification in Canada. NOC divide job category and skilled or semi skilled.( Managerial, Professional, Trade person, and Semi Skill)

Guys do you know at what stage the application is when they say "background check"? did anyone see a similar response before?
