Anybody applied Spousal Open Work Permit (Spouse of Worker) from VO Abu-Dhabi? I am Foreign worker in Alberta, My spouse is in Dubai, She's time line is mentioned bellow.

Application Rec in Embassy: Jan23,2013

Hi Ghagen... Can you share with me how did you go about in applying for open work permit for your spouse. How many months after arriving can I apply for my spouse and what is the process. Thanks in advance

Hello Maling, Actually there is no criteria for time, If you able to provide required document, your spouse could apply any time, You should able to provide document bellow, for your spouse.

1, Marriage Certificate
2, Work permit at least 6 months validity.
3, Contract letter
4, Employment letter from your company.
5, Salary sleep
6, Bank statements

And your spouse need to complete work permit application made outside Canada, All the supporting documents, PCC, Medical, processing fee, Than He/She could apply in VO. Most important things your work in Canada, Should Skilled Category(NOC- O,A,B)

Subject to the email Embassy have send. If they said your application approved or finalized then 100% visa will stamp otherwise 50, 50%

So far wala pa ng post.. So meaning wala pa talaga update this week.maybe ikaw na Ang susunod.. Lets keep praying that all applicant will get their visa soon... But to those with update kindly share so that we can keep track Kung ano month na Ang piña process nila...

Wala pa talaga eh, napaparanoid na nga ako kasi bawat ring ng phone ko akala ko aramex na....
