Work permit amendment

Dear Friends,

My company is applying for a work permit amendment to reflect my new designation, on account of my recent promotion from Senior Consultant to Manager.

Iam also planning to submit my EE profile on August 23rd, 2018. Can you please let me know if the work permit amendment will result in any issues with my PR process?

What kind of work permit do you currently have?

BTW - I believe "amendments" are only for corrections of errors. Does not apply in this case... If you have a closed work permit,a new job requires a new work permit (even if it is with the same employer).

Should have no impact on your PR application, as long as you obtain the new work permit...
