I am sharing this in order you not to make the same mistakes as I made.
First, is somehow you have your PR still "active / out of status" , do something about it because this will build some delay on your work permit process.
Second, before submitting the Work Permit application ask your employer to go and pay the employer compliance fee which will generate the LMIA exemption number (needed by IRCC-- this is NOT the LMIA exemption code "T13" that PNP gives you ! ). maybe you can do this second step during BCPNP (before nomination as well).
