Work Offer is required to be eligible to immigrate as FSW

I would like to have your advice regarding the eligiability to immigrate under the category of Federal Skill Worker Class
I'm eligable as per my work experience, education and other parameters / requirements
the only obstecle is I do not have an offer from employer in canada (and it is mandatory)

Now, as per the news on july 2014 (Federal Skilled Worker: Spotlight on Occupations) mu occupation me and my husband is required

What shall be my first step NOW?

if u get 67 points then u r eligle without any offer letter from a employer in canada
u should get ur degree evaluated and also give ielts in the meantime gather all the documents required
