Hello, I want to ask, if I gain PR from FSW, am I allowed to work in Quebec?

I'm asking because in another thread someone said Quebec has a seperate immigration system and you have to get PR from Quebec to work there? Thank you :)

After receiving a permanent residence visa and appearing at a port of entry for admission to Canada, once admitted, there is nothing that can come in between an applicant’s Charter mobility rights to live and work anywhere in Canada.
