I graduated from 2 year program with diploma in 2016 and then enrolled in University for another 3 years. While in university i was working part time and full-time during summer. I have worked more than 1500 hours and thought that I was eligible for an Express entry when I read this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=519&top=15

As I dug deeper, i found this question http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=393&_ga=2.26937789.1287607480.1535840417-304934727.1535840417 and got confused and upset as these answers have completely different outcomes but I still do not know If all those hours are useless. I hope not.

So the question is: while I am a full-time-student do my work hours count towards express entry if I have already graduated from college?

For those 1500 hours, were you working in Canada as a full time student.
I actually was not taking any courses in summer while I worked full-time. So does it mean I was not a full-time student and summer hours count?

But you were still enrolled during the summer break and had not graduated so those hours do not count. The fact you were not taking any courses is irrelevant you were still enrolled in the University as a full time student.
