1. You need to update your profile ASAP, it may affect your scores but it’s important to keep it accurate/truthful.
2. Does your husband get a T4? If not he is probably self-employed.

  • A review of your application indicates that your Express Entry number is no
longer available in the Express Entry system.

Your registration in the Express Entry system, including a valid Express Entry
number and Job Seeker validation code is a requirement for nomination under
the Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream, established under the
Ontario Immigration Act, 2015, S.O. 2015, c. 8. (the “Act”). You cannot be
nominated in the Express Entry system without a valid registration.

    - Canada Revenue Agency Statements:

You did not provide copies of your Canada Revenue Agency T4 Statements of
Remuneration Paid for all periods of work stated in your application that are
being used to meet the one-year work experience requirement.

    - Passport:

The submitted copy of the passport is not clearly visible to verify the personal
    details page of your passport.

The OINP cannot accept incomplete applications for processing. Your application will
be closed and your payment will be refunded.

You will need to receive a new notification of interest before submitting a new
    application.

I think your husband can still be considered as a contractor working for another business. If they don't file a T4 for your husband and you don't see regular CPP deductions then he may be an employee.
OINP I am not very familar about. But with that being said, it seems like you'd benefit from having a consultant or lawyer help you.
