Work History Section-Weird System Issue Found

Hello All,

I am suffering with weird issue in my application for EE. I already have more than 1 year of experience as a "Software Developer"(NOC 2174) in two different Companies based on my Post Graduate Work Permit (June-2013 to June 2016).

First Company(Contract Position), I have started to work on July 2013 to January 2014 (6 months) as a "Software Developer"(NOC 2174) during full time contract position (40 hours/ Week)

Second Company(Current Company- Permanent Position), I have started to work on May 2014 till Present (11 Months so far) as a "Software Developer"(NOC 2174) during full time Permanent Position

But some how, system did not calculate the score in Canadian Work Experience Category, it showing 0 points. It should be 40 points based on Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS).

I don't know what to do at this point, my total Points : 338/ 1200 without LMIA. Please folks help me out, how to solve this issue? My total point will be different if system calculate my total Canadian Work Experience. Does anyone have knowledge or facing similar issue, please feel free to ping your valuable suggestions.

work experience should be continuous

Your work experience must be:

at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time

I have the same issue, because I had a little gap of a few weeks in my work experience. When I entered Nov 2013 to Jun 2014 and then Aug 2014 - present, it won't count my points. However, when I changed the second part to July 2014 - present, it does count the points. The system doesn't want you to have a gap of a month for some reason.
I think I'll be able to prove it the way they I have to, but it's an annoying little detail...

Perfect thanks guys , it has recounted after changing month. It is now showing me 404/1200 instead of 338/1200 before. In short I have to wait for a month to get continuous full-time work experience.(May 2014-May 2015). Only little gap made huge difference, that 's annoying too.
