Work History query in EE

Hello All,

1. Do I need to mention spouse foreign experience in work history while creating EE profile ?
2. Can I mention only 1 year Canadian experience and 3 years foreign experience in work history . Remaining experience can I add later in personal history if I get an ITA.
Please confirm on this .
