I received NOI from OINP (Under HCP) and I am yet to submit my application. I have added my current work experience of 2 years and then 2 years of work experience from my previous employer on my express entry application. I am yet to receive employment reference letter from my previous employer but I have one from my current employer. My question is, can I just show my current employer's work experience on my PNP application and not show previous work experience (I still get 70 points for FSWP)? The reason for this is I don't know when my employer will give me letter because it's been weeks I am asking but no one has replied yet. Appreciate your help!
