In work history, I i was out for say 1.5 year each on L1 and H1b but came back to India office. do we need to
a) Show work history in USA office. Than we will be required to get USA office roles responsiblties etc i feel which is not possible as I was working in India office only and I deal with indian HR only.
b) I am showing all traves to USA as part of travel history as well as personal history so i am not hiding any information..
Will it be ok if i write LoE and than tell I was employee of India office for 10+ years out of which 1.5+ years each time I went to USA on L1 or H1b visa?.
Or what will be clean way to show this assuming I have only payslips and 1 offer letter of my USA jobs.
