Work Full Time after completing studies before applying for Work Permit

I am done with my last semester of studies last week and awaiting for final results/transcript which should arrive in late January. I have been working part-time along with my studies as I had extended my study permit in December 2022 and thus was not eligible for working full time along with my studies. Now, as per new rule, students who got their study permit extended after Oct 7, 2022 can start working full time after Jan 1st, 2024. But I am unsure if I can work full time from 1st Jan( under this rule) to till the date I get official transcript from my university or if I should be working only part-time as I am not taking any course next semester and just awaiting for the results.

But My understanding you are no longer active student, you finished your last semester and awaiting final grades..

Yes, I am waiting for final grades to be released by the university. I am not sure if I should work part-time or full-time till then.
