Work From Home/ Virtual Admin Assistant

Hello Guys,

Thank you in advance for your help.

I have a standing offer with "Virtual" in the job title. I won't be visiting the company at all, it is not required for me to be in Canada but it is required to have a Canadian work permit. I will be paying taxes for my income to CRA and have benefits provided by the company for Canadian residents. The company is an international firm and the location I will be working for is in Canada.


My question is, "Do I need to be physically present in the office to qualify my work experience for express entry or CEC?"

You have to provide your entry and exit date in Canada. Not sure how your Company will be filling taxes if you are not here. according to workin out of canada it not considered as Canadian Experience. Can you check with Lawyer.
