I have been holding the same job position at the same company since 2002, but I have 4 continuous work contracts for that job.
How should I write it at the wok experience section? Should I include the whole period of work and write:

From: 2002 To: 2013?

Or I should write all the periods separately as stated in the contracts?

If you're working there since 2002 (continuous without resigning) and up to the present,

Just put From: 2002 To: Present , You can hand-write the word "Present" after printing your form.

But if you worked there with interval (gap), for example you worked in 2002 to 2008 then after that you resign or have finished contract. Then after a year your contract was renewed and valid until 2013, you must write it separately.

2002 - 2008
2009 - Present

Thank you for the reply. I have been working without any gap. But in my contract it is stated that the last contract is from 2011 - 2013. In this case, is it normal to write 2013? Or I just write Present?

Also, is it acceptable that in other forms, for ex. the country I've been residing from birth to now, should I write: From __/__/____ (birth date) To __/__/____ (the date I complete the form, or I should only write the date of birth and handwrite To "Present" after printing the form?

IMHO, it's not logical to write the year in advance (nobody knows how long you will be at your work or residence). It is best to just hand-write "Present" or "To Date".
