Hi,

I worked at company a for 27 months

Then I worked at company b for 4 months (this part I will not be claiming points for)

Currently I am working at company since 10 months.

Does my work total experience come to 3 years or the gap of 4 months in between the 2 jobs for which I am claiming points makes a difference?

Yes, you can claim 3 years work experience. You only need 1 year continuous work experience under your main NOC to satisfy the requirement for FSW, which you do since you worked 2+ years in company A. Apart from this, you can count any work experience in the last 10 years for CRS purposes, even if it was only a few months and different NOCs.
