Dear All,

I am 24 years old guy holding Bachelor of engineering , Electrical and electronics with score of 378

I have one year of experience as an electrical engineer ( 2133 ) , and another one year of Procurement / Purchasing Engineering( 1225 ) and apparently i want to pursue a career in this field.

now , the years of experience should be 1 or 2 ? given the fact that i am registered in my company's official papers as an electrical engineer.

Depends on the purpose.

1. For basic EE eligibility - 2 years

2. For CRS - 2 years of foreign work experience assuming this experience was gained outside Canada.

3. For FSWP - 1 year. Because you can't mix and match experience gained across different NOCs.

Thank your for your prompt reply , it means if i get a second year in purchasing , i will be having a 3 years of experience total , if i edited my profile then my CRS will increase right ?

Yes. You won't need to edit your profile, the system will update your score automatically for such time-based actions like birthday, work anniversary etc.
