Hello,
I started my first day at work on 15th december 2013 as a manager. So can i Apply under CEC after 15th december 2014? i got my 1st pay cheque on 2nd Jan 2014.

So how the experience is counted? From the starting date of work or from the 1st pay cheque.

Secondly, i dont want to apply under express entry so i am trying to send my file before 31st dec.

Plz guide me can i apply after 15th or not?

You most definitely can. It starts from your first day at work. The dates are mentioned on your reference letters.

Just give it couple of more days to buffer. If you have worked all the year, I'd say apply on December 20th just to make sure you have couple of days more.

Just make sure that you have at least 30 hours/ week and 1560 hours in the year. Do not count unpaid vacations. Paid vacations are fine.
