Work Experience While Studying Master’s

Hi,
I have 3 years of full time work experience in my home country while I was a Master’s student.
Will this be counted as 3 years in CRS or will it be counted as part time (1.5 years)?

It will be counted based on however many hours you worked. If you only worked part-time then it would only be one year of experience. If you worked full-time (over 30 hours per week) then it would be three years.

But immigration institutes have told me that you can be either working or studying, and work experience during studying is not counted at all.
