Hello All,
I need a expert view on my case here. I receive the ITA on CEC and am gathering the work experience letter from my previous employer from UK. While going though the process, I remembered that when I initially started the job in 2012 Jan, I had my pre-planned vacation already booked for my home county at end of the Jan ( for marriage) for 9 weeks. As I was referred by a friend for the job, the employer hired me and authorized my 9weeks unpaid holiday saying they have no problem. After returning back from my home county I worked there until Feb 2013 as a full time worker and went to part time afterwards. So my question here is
1. Will visa officer observe this unsual as I went on vacation after a month of my job start time?
2. Do I have to mention this travel (going back home) in my travel history as it mentioned we only have to include the travel history beside county of origin and county or residence?

Any expert advise will be highly appreciated!

From humble perspective

1- the world is big enough to investigate if really your employer was generous to give you that leave back in 2012! So it shouldn't be an issue. If you say so then it is.
2- yes, because on the other hand it is always a good reason to investigate and draws attention to why someone would overlook or hide a fact regardless if from abstract it was a big deal or not.
