Hi everyone. Will this be counted as one year of continuous work experience for FSW if I:
1) worked for 4 months, took 2 weeks of paid leave, then worked for another 7 and half months? (12 months including 2 weeks of paid leave)

2) Will that 2 weeks of paid leave be counted if, by law, I can take it only after 6 months of working, although the law also says that it is possible to take a paid leave in advance if an employer allows to.

3) The most confusing question. I have 2 more weeks of paid leave that I didn't use. If I leave the company but use those 2 weeks of paid leave at the end after which I will be automatically resigned. Will these two weeks be counted as well by an officer?

1) I don't quite understand this question. 4 months plus 7 months is 11 months (not 12).
2) The 2 weeks will be counted as long as they were paid.
3) You can include the 2 weeks as long as they fall within the time your company says you were employed with them. If they employment / experience letter does not include this two weeks period, then I don't think you can count it.

4 months of working + 7 months and two weeks of working + 2 weeks of paid leave. Anyway, thank you very much for such quick answer:)

I'm currently in a situation that requires urgent decisions, so I would really appreciate if someone could answer
