Work Experience under same NOC with Gap

Hello,

While applying for Saskatchewan PNP (SINP), It was asked to provide details of work experience in the last 5 years and from 6 to 10 years. I heard it should be continuous under same NOC. In last five years I have same NOC work experience in 2 different companies with 2 months gap. Following is the pattern of my work experience:

Jobs under same same NOC# starting from:
13th December 2010 - 31st October 2012
1st Nov 2012 - 20th August 2013
2nd Sept 2013 - 6th April 2015
28th May 2015 till now

Under these circumstances Can I claim 5 years for 1st five years and 3 years for 6 to 10 years?
