Work experience under different employer

I was working in a gas station as a manager. Due to some circumstances, my employer has to shut-down his site. I was working there from last 1 year and 8 months. I wanted to complete 2 year work experience for my CEC application. Can anybody give me any suggestions, like what can be done now? If I work at another gas station under different employer, Will that work experience gained under different employer can add up to my existing CEC work experience ?
Or If I work in a restaurant, or any other NOC job in O/A/B category, Will that still adds up to my current experience or it should be in same NOC ?

It does not have to be the same NOC. It can be any NOC A/B/0 job.

Let’s say If I start working now in a different NOC, Will that start getting add into my current work experience? I mean If I work 4 months more in different NOC, then can I file for express entry after that on 2 year work experience ?

Work experience in Canada for CEC, need NOT be with the same employer, nor continuous, nor a single NOC.
