Hello, supposing I work under a job title with a skill type of 0/A/B in the NOC for two years, but the type of job is NOT on the list of jobs that are in demand in Canada, can I still apply for CEC?

The list of 29 occupations is ONLY for the Federal Skilled Worker class of PR applicants. They do NOT apply to CEC. CEC's requirement is that the occupation be classified as O, A, or B.
