I wanted to apply PR in canada. But befor i apply i have certain confusion
Some questions .
1) I have a back exam yet college provided me job as Lecturer. Where i teach bachelor of Engineering students at lower level first and second year.
Now after one year i passed the exam which my results shows and i continued my profession with dignity . So does this 1 year of my job count as my work Experience or This is not counted anywhere ? is this one year of lecturing gone in vain?(Important)
2) I teach bachelor of Engineering students and college provide me Departmental HEad Duties .I am without any Master Degree. With this position i teach around 3 more years . Where i became quite successful in teaching and management. Question is Does this Qualify me Under University lecture in NOC . i have following responsibility
staff and information management,conflict management
prepare, administer and grade examinations,
supervise and coordinate with students projects
prepare laboratory assignments and reports
routine management and exam supervision
counseling students on course and academic matters and career decisions.
Conduct research programs for undergraduate students
3) Do i have to mention how i did my staff management and conflict management or responsibilities as like a process?
now I have quited this profession as this in my country has no much value nor i can get much work experience which can led me to work else where So now i work 2 extra year in lower post than the former to develop my career . Does this can be countable in Work Expreience as well? If not what are the other options .
IF any one of you have a idea plz Help i will be glad to hear out?
