Hi,

Here is my situation. Please, help me if anyone knows about this.

I worked with one of the Construction contracting company as an AutoCad Designer in the year 2013 -2014 while doing my Bachelors Final year as a starting job to gain experience in India. I worked there for one year. I was paid around Rs.12,000 per month by Cash ( I have some payslips for this job). I didn't pay any tax on this amount because it comes under tax exemption.

My concern is

Can I use this one experience if I don't pay tax for this job or don't have any tax documents?
and also, this job completely came under different NOC for what I am working now. will there be an issue because of this?

Yes, you can use the experience as AutoCAD designer, as long as you are able to get a reference letter from your employer on an official letter head stating your job duties, salary, date of joining and date of leave and working hours.

It is fine if your income was tax exempt, you can still apply under express entry, as long as you are able to get a reference letter.
