Work Experience reference Letter

Mayur Sharma this side,Please any body guide me when should i get the reference letter from i employer ,before express entry profile submission or before after i receive ITA.

Hello Mayur, ideally you should have everything in hand by the time you apply. However, you may create the EE profile, mention your experiences in there and then collect your reference letters in the meanwhile. Do a counter check before hand, as some people in this forum pointed out that their employers are not giving reference letters.
