Hi

I worked in NOC category for 6 months continuously and then i had to take a break of a few months and i started working again there. I just want to know that will it be considered in 1 year or work experience or not ?
 
No, you have 6 month of continuous work experience, as per given information. Continuous 1 year experience is required to meet EE eligibility.
 
I had some medical issues so i had to come to india for 3 months. I have joined the same job. I can provide medical forms to prove my emergency.

Were you working in Canada? Are you a CEC applicant? Was this leave a paid leave?

If the answer is "no" to all those questions then you can try applying (by providing a LOE) but no guarantees that your application won't be rejected for not meeting the MEC.

I am in canada on work permit. The leave was not paid unfortunately. Also, my boss can give me a job offer but he won’t provide LMI. Is there any other way?

You could've started your thread by saying you've been working in Canada.

Work experience need not be continuous under the CEC program. That is, the break in continuity is irrelevant. Once you complete 6 months of work experience after returning to Canada you will then have a year of work experience.

Have couple of queries, if you could kindly help me out. :) Post - ITA Queries

1) I am currently pursuing final year MBA. So in "Personal History" under "Level of education", can I mention it as "Master's degree"? I do not see any other alternative option.

2) Post ITA I changed my NOC code form 1311 to 1111. I got my duties reviwed by "noc@workingincanada.gc.ca". So, shall I attach this email in LOE, to be on safe side?

3)My ex-employer and manager refused to sign "Job reference letter". So I have obtained it from my colleague. Now she had left the company on 20 November 2016 and I left on 20 Janaury 2017. I hope, this will not have an impact on my application.

I am in a similar pickle. I have more than 1 year of experience but 6months in one and 9months in another in the same NOC. No breaks in between.
Will this be considered 1 full year of experience? @ggeet @DelPiero07
 
I think you mean you have 1 year of continuous experience in single occupation? @ seth007

1 - Yes.

2 - Remember that the information provided by the NOC team is simply a recommendation, so thinking that you're safe just because they recommended certain NOC code is naive. It is still up to you to ensure that your NOC fits your duties/responsibilities.

3 - Should be fine especially if you provided additional documents to strengthen your case (pay stubs, tax returns, etc).
