Hi. I have a quick question: I worked part-time for 3 years on my PGWP. Shortly after the third year was over, I became a student, thus permitting me to keep the same job as it was under 20 hours a week. All together now, it's been 5 years at the job. 3 years on a work permit; 2 years on a study permit...

Filling out my work/personal history, do I split the experience in two parts: First half when I was on my PGWP, second half: When I was working as a student or do I keep it all in one?

Were you a student in Canada? If so, work experience while studying in Canada cannot be counted as work experience towards PR. So you would exclude that work experience from your application. It can't be counted.

Thank you for replying. I was a student before and after I got the PGWP. When I got the PGWP, I wasn't in school anymore until it was over and done with, aka after 3 years. In those 3 years, I got all the hours I needed :)

I'm wondering if I should seperate it, the 2 years after PGWP being in personal history or something along those lines.

That would probably be a good idea.
