Hi guys am looking for your help in regards to work experience,i have more than 3 years of work experience with supporting documents for some and am looking for your opinions .
1-work A i stayed for around almost 3 years have experience letter, black and white contract, business card and 3 pay slips
2-work b less than a year and have business card and experience letter.
3-work c more than a year with experience letter and business card
4-work d experience letter, black and white contract i think, work license and business card
5- current work i only have my contract at the moment,am not sure wether i should include this or no,the pros is that i can ask for payslips and more supporting documents if asked for specially by ontario since i know that sometimes they ask for additional documents, cons is that i will have to explain to my work my plans and i am not sure whats their reaction going to be,so what do you guys think, should i go for it and is it worth it or i will be fine without it and just remove it from work history and put current work in personal history, any advice?
Nb: i didnt recieve an ita yet

Include everything that:
- can improve your score
- you have a complete work letter matching duties with the proper NOC
- Include your current job, the letter can be issued when needed

Actually i omitted my current work history since i already have more than 3 years of experience from other work experiences and would rather not to ask or tell my current work about my future plans,is that ok?

Considering the documents that i already have will it be enough or will i have to include my current work with more supporting documents

I would recommend to include your current work experience:
- it's the most recent and easier to confirm
- It's easier to get documents
- It's easier to get documents amended if needed
- you never know if the VO can find issues in your previous experience.
- is better exceed the Minimun requirements

I've only been in my role 6 months so I'm not including it.

Am almost one year and few months in my current work and i already have more than 3 years with their respective experience letters according to cic rules as stated above so dunno what to do and i actually removed my current work from the work history but i didnt recieve ita yet,can i state in loe that i can submit my current work if needed ??because seriously it would be better for me if my current work doesnt know about it because from what i have seen that they treat employees differently if they knew that they arenot going to stay long ot have other plans,so if i can avoid that it will be great my only concern is if experience letter is not enough

I don't know what kind of answer you're expecting. Yes, it is perfectly fine not to submit proof of current employment if you're not claiming points for it.

If your current work won't provide a better score, don't include it, don't need to explain anything about it

If you need the points then you should consider it

Which is your current score?

Based on what you said, even if I'm working in Canada I don't need to mention those work experiences which don't affect my score. Is that right? I have one year and 7 months of work experience in one NOC field but 5 months of that was in a company that I no longer work for. Can I just delete that in order to avoid hassling myself to get verification letter from my previous employer?

Yes.
