Hello fellas,

Need help on this,
So,I am a lab tech (NOC B 2211) lives in Alberta. My points are 438 under CEC category, and my work permit is going to expire in 7 months. My current employer is not willing to get me LMIA. Any suggestions how to increase points or any other way to get P.R??
I do have 2 years of work experience from India and the employer agreed to write the experience letter but I don't have the pay slips or any other proof. So what kind of proofs do I need to prove the foreign work experience?

Thanks in advance :)

Hello DHAhir,

Yes, you can claim your points for foreign work experience, pay slip is fine, its not mandatory, but arrange income tax return if you can. If offer/reference letter as well as company profile is genuine, there shouldn't be a problem...!! Good Luck

Letter should suffice, if they need more proof/clarification, they can always ask.
