Does anyone have work experience as freelancer which you have to make declaration?
And then, What would be proof of work experience for it?

If there's nothing to prove it, I will delete the information.

1) Contracts with clients
2) Invoices (instead of paystubs)
3) Registration/license (if applicable)
4) tax returns
5) if you have a main client, a letter might help
