Hi,


Can someone help me with work experience letter?

I was working for private small scale industry for around 3 years as NOC B job title. As company does not have any HR department my offer letter and job verification letters are signed and stamped by Managing Partner? Is it ok? Letters have all details regarding address and contact number, licensing number etc.

Also, I was getting paid in Cash, How can I show my payment proof as I did not get any pay slips. Can I notarized my statement for payment?

if the letter has all the details including salary then no need to attach any proof of payment.

Letter does have all salary details with exact monthly amount

As its family owned industry, they don't have specific job titles.

As far as you have your Job experience letter and you were getting paid legally on your SIN, there won't be any problem.
Do you have NOA from CRA ? If so, attach your NOA with application.

My work experience letter contains all details needed, but only problem is with the email for company. Is it Compuslory to have @companyname email or others will work to? Although Letter head includes company registration number, import and export numbers, and Tax Registration number but doesn't have a website and official email with @companyname

You don't have to have company email address, it's not compulsary.
