Work Experience Letter - Reference

Hi All,

I know for PNP applications and CIC applications you require a letter from your employer stating your job title, tasks, start date etc.....how do the agent/agency know the letter is genuine?

does anyone have a template for this?

If employers is not willing to do a reference, what other evidence can you send?

They verify the genuineness of the letter by calling up the employer and also through background checks.
