Work Experience Issue

Hi,

I have Experience of

Company A: 15th July,2011 to 16th Dec,2015
Company B: 06 Dec,2015 to till date

Will my experience letter cause any issue while applying for express entry profile, as there is overlap of 10 days between the two Regular jobs which will also reflects on my experience letters.

It will seem odd, can you get one of the references amended?

Yeah it seems very odd but i was not having any other option at that time.

Company A HR wasn't ready to relieve me earlier and Company B was a Government department where the last date of joining was 6th Dec from whom I asked for the extension of joining as well.

Now the dates cannot be amended, will this cause any issue while applying for PR?

I think people in Canada can do two regular jobs at one time, this should not be a matter of big concern to visa officer.
