Work experience issue

Hi

Can anyone help me ? I have searched internet but unable to find any relevant answer.I have 4 years of work experience in IT.But I had one backlog in Btech which i cleared in 2011 but i started working full time from 2010. will the work experience of 2010 be counted or it will be only counted after 2011?

I am no expert...but answering you based on rationale. Your degree and job has no direct connection as far as CIC is concerned. In west, people do work in between their degrees either part time or full time, that does not mean that duration of work hold no significance in their experience...ofcourse it does. Similarly in ur case, u started working that means u started building ur experience from the day u started working...irrespective of the fact that u completed ur degree later in the year...so i think whatever experience ur company states in its reference letter would be counted.
