Hi Friends,
I am working as postdoc(in Chem Engg) in Canada from April 2 2010(i.e. >2 yrs 7 months). I will be continuing here as PDF for 2 more yrs. Now I am planning to apply for PR under CEC. Got IELTS band 7.0 last week. Now I have started gathering all documents. I am in hesitation now when I saw I have to show total three years of experience.
I have eight yrs of past work experience in a private farm outside Canada. But, unfortunately, I didn't get the experience certificate due to some altercation with top level management related to work ethics. I simply quit the job. Only I have work experience certificate from 1999- 2003. So I could not show my previous experience. I have to wait for my three years of experience.
I have following questions:
(i) Should I wait for five more month and then apply for PR showing total 3 yrs of Canadian experience as postdoc?
(ii) Do I need to submit supporting documents as proof for IMM5669(Background declaration) where I have to give my past 10 years of history?
I appreciate in advance for your valuable suggestion/experinece.
