Are you sure your job is NOC A, B or 0 skill level? It needs to be in order for you to qualify under CEC or for you to use this experience to apply under FSW / Express Entry. I believe a cashier is a skill level D NOC and therefore this experience doesn't qualify you to apply.

Its head cashier and that is NoC B according to their website where the code is 6211. I have checked about that but the issue is whether they care about full time being written on the reference lettrr?
My paystubs are all more than 65 hours bi weekly

39.5 hours per week is automatically considered full-time under CEC.

You need to explore the possibility of your employer providing you a reference letter which states duties similar to NOC 6211.
The letter also has to state your weekly hours i.e. 39.5

If you have agreement from your employer regarding this then you can proceed with using this NOC/creating an EE profile.
